REGULATIONS FOR MASTERCLASS 

By filling in the application form, the student agrees to all of the regulations listed below:

 

1. The application will only be reviewed and confirmed with the transfer of the application fee (please click here to see the masterclass information page)

2. The application fee and tuition fee will be non-refundable in in exception to the cancellation of the Masterclass by SIMA Classics and Legnica Culture Centre.

3. The attendance for the masterclass will only be confirmed after the transfer of the tuition fee: 795 EUR. The tuition fee must be transferred within the 7 working days of receiving the confirmation of successful application. 

4. The all payment must be submitted in advance before the given dates by SIMA Classics. 

5. SIMA Classics will provide students with 4 lessons of 45 minutes, 4 hours of everyday practice, optional sightseeing, and opportunity to perform in front of the local audience (300 approx.). During the masterclass, professors will choose one student each to perform for the final concert.

6. The student is responsible for his/her own attendance. The student must find out and prepare for the Covid-19 regulations himself/herself and SIMA Classics and Legnica Culture Centre will not be responsible for any attendance related matters. 

7. The student must arrive to the lesson room five minutes before the lesson time.

8. The student must understand that every lesson is open to all participants to observe. 

9. The student must reserve in advance for any sightseeing related events by emailing SIMA Classics.

10. All students over the age of 18 will be responsible for his/her own behaviours and actions throughout the days of the Masterclass.  All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian/parent.

11. By attending the masterclass, the student gives full permission to take pictures and videos throughout the masterclass and to be utilised on the website and social media of SIMA Classics and Legnica Culture Centre for promotional purposes.

12. In case of cancellation of the masterclass due to a natural disaster, war, riot, political conflicts, national emergency, illness and injuries certified by public health officer or by a similar official certification, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond reasonable control, the entire fee of the masterclass will be refunded after a committee review.
